Technical first point of contact for customers
Communicate technical information to customers and Cepton internal team through technical presentations, design reviews, etc.
Provide timely answers and quick assessments during system design, testing and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Tier 1 partner and Cepton Headquarters to meet project technical deliverables.
Facilitate engineering change requests during the development cycle.
Support customer data collection and integration of Cepton solutions onsite.
Be willing and able to travel as needed.
BS / MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of professional experience in design engineering or field application engineering of complex technology products.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable of Automotive APQP Development processes.
Understanding of Automotive PPAP process and Engineering Change management processes.
Experience with Automotive sensors is a plus.
Experience with Automotive ADAS system components is a plus (e.g. radar, camera, LiDAR)
Experience with Automotive design and qualification process is a plus.
Project management experience is a plus.
